Based on today's outbound schedule, Transfreight's system looks forward at the forecast to determine the amount and type of containers to be sent to each supplier. The number of days it looks forward into the forecast depends upon lead time from service center ship to parts delivery to plant. The system considers outbound transportation, supplier process, and inbound transportation.
