Interactive Route Builder (IRB™)    The module dramatically reduces design time by considering many constraints and “what-if” scenarios. Outputs include carrier route information, 3D trailer load diagrams, and productivity measures around each design scenario.

Network Resource Optimizer (NRO™)    Considering all constraints, this module uses “what-if” scenarios and dynamic linking (route pairing) to optimize and schedule equipment and human resources. It’s helped identify savings up to 17 percent.

Interactive Route Analyzer (IRA™)   Our transportation analysis tool performs radius searches within specified geographical regions.




Receiving Schedule Optimizer (RSO™)    The module generates a detailed delivery schedule for all facilities in a network—to level the flow of materials and improve resource utilization.

Crossdock Resource Optimizer (CRO™)    Given the network design, Transfreight can make recommendations for laying out a crossdock to optimize your resources.

Total Logistics Cost Model (TLCM™)    Simulating transportation and inventory cost by varying pickup frequency and applying lean concepts, this tool optimizes total logistics cost for a network and production schedule, as well as calculates cost per units produced.

Logistics & Packaging Database (LPD™)   The module stores plans for every part’s information, with links to supply chain elements that determine the production system day’s worth of packaging required for a given part, supplier, plant, and logistics loop.
