Erlanger, KY, February 4, 2008—Transfreight was recently presented with the “2007 Supply Chain MVP” award at the annual Suzuki Manufacturing of America (SMAC) partner conference in Rome, Georgia. Transfreight General Manager of Operations Brad Bossence, SMAC Contract Manager Aurélie Doucette, and SMAC Logistics Manager Kevin Gross accepted the award.

“Honestly, this is an award that is long overdue,” commented Suzuki Manufacturing of America Corporation Supply Chain Manager Tom Willig. “There isn't a partner in this room that is more involved in or more vital to our day to day business than Transfreight. Unfortunately, our old selection process for these awards excluded them from consideration because they don't actually produce a part that goes into an ATV. We changed that criterion this year to make sure every one of our partners was considered for recognition.
